Senior Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

Developing initial project design concepts and presenting these to clients. Preparing and adjusting architectural drawings with (CAD) software. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals. Applying for planning permissions and advising clients on the legitimate approvals required for projects. Supervise the construction process to ensure compliance to the design and building codes. Conducting site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications. Designing according to client requirements, site conditions, building codes and other affecting factors. Develop project timelines and budgets and keep clients informed. Recognize possible design issues and develop innovative solutions to address them All other duties that architect is responsible of and not included here.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture 5+ years of architectural experience in the UAE Proven experience in architectural projects in Sharjah. Knowledge of Sharjah building codes, regulations, and authority approval processes. Skilled in 2D and 3D CAD software. Driving License. Arabic language speaking and understanding.
