About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Reservation Agent to join our team.
You will be responsible for handling online booking inquiries, managing reservation platforms, and providing excellent customer service via chat(Whatsapp)
Key Responsibilities
Process and confirm reservations through online channels
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability and accurate booking information
Modify or cancel bookings as requested by clients
Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications
Handle last-minute changes or issues efficiently
Requirements
Local Previous experience Minimum 2yrs in reservations, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
MS office computer skill
